What exactly is social retardation? If you mean it in a way that the person doesn't know how to act or communicate(pretty much oblivious to how 'inappropriate' they are acting), then no. But if you mean it in the way that compares to social anxiety and debilitation because of that, then yes, I am very socially retarded. For example, I am aware of how I act and I'm almost too cautious in a social setting.
