It depends on what you believe. I don't forgive bullies even if they apologise, unless l can tell they are not wearing a shroud over their emotions. I would let it go, but if anyone does apologise, try and determine if they are honest, or if they have ulterior motives or sarcasm where there should be regret. If you can't tell, say you forgive them. You don't have to mean this; just say it if you receive mixed signals.
