I think you are in your rights to not forgive them, but I don't think you have to forgive them in order to let it go. Just don't let it consume your mind, grudges are heavy things. Move on with your life. I think though, that if a bully seeks you out personally to apologize to you, then you should forgive them. But that's just me I'm forgiving in nature so that's what I believe. I was bullied in high school as well and a few of my bullies ended up apologizing to me and I got alot of closure out of being able to forgive them. I suppose it also depends on the degree of bullying. Nobody deserves to be a victim and I'm sorry that it happened to you.
