    I take that campaign very seriously. I drive my friends nuts picking up litter after them and giving lectures. Littering and tossing a can in the trash instead of the recycle bin are the two easiest ways to make me mad. I know it's pathetic, but I can't help it.

        Lol no, it's an environmental campaign to stop/reduce littering in Texas, particularly on the highways.

        Well really, it has been a badass Texan saying since back around the end of the Civil War.
        It's certainly wasn't thought up by some ad agency schmuck to get people to pick up litter!
