IIN that I REALLY like (w no sexual desires) an underage girl?

I think this is quite normal...though it also is normal to be concerned about getting too involved...There is nothing wrong with wanting to be around people who give you a lift...in fact,Jesus Christ only hung around with two kinds of people...those who He could help, and those who could help Him...He wanted NOTHING to do with the "influential" people of the day...the Pharisees and Saducees...among those whom he was around...a prostitute...lepers...a man possessed by a "legion" of demons...his disciples included one who would betray him by selling out Christ's life to his enemies...one who denied knowing Him 3 times (though that person proclaimed that he never would deny knowing Christ...even to death)...one was a tax collector who would make the IRS look sweet...two were sirty, smelly fishermen (one of which was the one who denied knowing Christ)...and one who doubted Christ's resurrection unless he could put his fingers in Christ's nail holes...I would be concerned about hugging her or holding her hand...though I personally find nothing wrong with it (as long as that is as far as your mind wants to take it)...if someone saw you doing it in this day and age...it could lead to sexual harrassment charges, and, even though they could be unfounded...could lead to SERIOUS trouble...A nice smile at her or professional compliment would be a proper substitute...
