I get where you're coming from, I have these thoughts a lot as well. I've seen the darker side of humanity more times than I like to admit, and with all the bad stuff going on in the world I see why you would hate mankind. You're not alone in that, I can assure you. But not everyone's the same. Yes, there are awful people in this world. Selfish, cruel, greedy, narcissistic assholes who care about nothing but themselves. But there are also good people, kind and caring and genuine people who try their best to make this world better, and that's what I try to focus on. I was lucky enough to be born into a close-knit family and grew up surrounded by love. I've been stabbed in the back multiple times by people I thought were my friends, and I'm currently trying to work out some major trust issues - but I still haven't lost faith in humanity completely, because I know how good and loving people can be. Don't give up on us just yet.
