Doesn't really make sense to me, I've been watching porn almost daily for like 8 years and still easily get hard if I just think of a girl in a bikini. Most of the time I beat off about twice a day on average and I have never experienced any of the side effects that you mention. Unless you're addicted to porn it won't hurt you and you can't get addicted unless you're naturally prone to it, it's like video games, of course SOME people get addicted, but there isn't any physical stimulant or anything that gets you hooked.
Is it normal that I react strongly to familiar-looking girls in porn?
