  • When u go lay down to go to bed, try to relax there for a moment, close ur eyes, exhale, relect on ur day and try to visualise what u want to know. tell urself u want to dream about it as u relax there b4 u nod off.

    Kind of like people who dont nees an alarm to wake up. they just tell themselves they want to wake up at whatever time and it works!
