how can you assume OP is a child? and how is it fiddling? maybe he/she is thinking about important world issues and finding the cure for cancer and that is just what they do when they think. i dont think it's childish because i have seen REAL fiddling (my brother has ADHD or ADD or something like that so i know for a fact what fiddling looks like and i dont fiddle but i put my finger in my bellybutton all the time so i dont think you should assume things, doesnt make you look very good.
