Simple answer, no you did nothing wrong, here is how you can test this morally in your head. go back to that moment in time. in this scenario you know the kid is handicapped how do you act different. and here is what i suspect. you do not. yes he might be at a mental disadvantage but. fact of the matter is, he sexually assaulted your sister. you are a good brother and had every right to do that and more.
