I disagree with pretty much everything you said, except that his sister is no doubt tramatized by this and I feel very sorry she has to go through this. I'd sue whatever hospital or home the guy wandered away from, for the mental distress they caused her.
I think you'd agree with me if you were unfortunate enough to be born with physical diseases.
You seem to think the worst thing that can happen to someone is death-when in fact, the worst thing possible is living a tortured existence because of being born with genetic diseases which have no cure.
Terminating such pregnancies are an act of kindness, because we have the wisdom to know such a life is not worth living.
Can you honestly say that you'd want to be mentally or physically disabled for 70 years of your life? What kind of an existence is that?
I actually have many friends with phyical disabilities, including cerebral palsy. And you're being incredibly ignorant if you actually believe they don't deserve a chance to grow up and make their own decisions and find their own happiness. No one should be able to deem if someone else's live is worth enough to keep them around.
Is it normal that I punched a mentally disabled person in the face?
