it sounds almost unhealthy, are you depressed? artificial light aside you should indulge in the presence of sunlight when available. its a good source of vitaminD and is a natural mood lifter and energy source. also looking at a screen in the dark is very strenuous on the eyes and eventually worsens vision and leads to headaches and migraines.
