Except the news media does it all the time. They try to get creepy pictures of British Royals for the tabloids. Why? Because creepiness sells. Everyone loves creepy stuff.
Well, not really. There are a couple creepy pictures of me on the Internet. They were taken while I was in a public space, so I have no legal recourse. But fuck, who cares? People don't care about my creepy ass; they'll look for pictures taken at the local nude beach instead.
That's what I love about the Internet. It's basically everything to everybody. Rock on, IIN.

Yes, that is true of creepy one, the laws are different for regular private citizens and so called public figures and celebrities.
