So i was pooping the other day and i pooped so hard that i just threw up all over the floor, not kiddin, is this normal?

Lol I had the same thing happen to me the other day. I had been outside working all day and stopped to eat breakfast and lunch. About and hour before we leave I got to take a crap. I manage to hold it for an hour then make the 10 min drive home. I rush to the toliet and just grab the sides and roll. Idk if it was just the build up of pressure but as soon as I gave it a good push I puked all over the floor as the poop cam out. Lol it was a terrible feeling but a huge relief 10/10. By far the biggest shit I’ve taken in my life. But I’m glad to know I’m not alone
I've never heard of this... I have heard of men standing up to urine and accidentally shitting themselves in the process. Maybe, you had food poisoning?

wen u throw up u hav the poop sensation and mostly when yur ppooping and u push rlly hard u can get a gag feeling
It's normal. It's happened to me one to many times since I got pregnant.
Maybe you are sick? I've felt the urge to throw up while shitting but only if I have a migraine as well from it.
Maybe you just over pushed. You should eat an orange or something first so it comes a bit easier
