I pick at mine too. The skin around my fingernails is always dry and peeling and drives me crazy. I keep a nail clippers with me at all times to clip off the hanging bits. If I try just peeling it off it usually peels too far which is really painful.
Is it normal that I pick at the skin around my fingernails and eat it?
