Perhaps you should stop eating stuff with so much food coloring? Better yet, go to a doctor. No one here is qualified to give medical advice.

I have to stand at a urinal for 5 extra seconds to not seem weird. I have a small bladder.

Maybe it's due to nozzle size

Peeing red usually means there's blood in your pee and in the majority of cases it means that something is up.

Perhaps a blood vessel leading to the bladder has ruptured. Perhaps you recently were the recipent of a kidney transplant. Perhaps you're a woman who is currently menstruating.

It could be any number of reasons, but it's always advisable to get checked by a doctor to omit the possibilty of anything serious, and get it fixed if it is something serious.

Of course it's not normal for urine to be some shade of red. Since you're old enough to post something on the internet, you should have noticed the normal colour of your urine more than a decade ago.

Some foods and some medications can tint urine red, but most often pink urine is due to blood, and that's never a good thing. Strenuous exercise can cause blood to appear in urine - which a sensible person would take as a sign that they should cool it a little - as can urinary tract infections, kidney stones and much more serious urinary tract problems.

As always, if you notice that your body is doing something weird and it persists for more than a week, you should talk to a doctor about it.

If it persists then you should go ask for help it may mean something bad.

Unless you're a woman and it's that time of the month I don't think it's a very healthy sign for blood to come out with your pee.

Then its internal bleeding that's leading to blood in your urine.
