Is it normal that i pee outside when drunk

It's hard enough keeping control of a small penis sober let alone drunk. I congratulate you on recognizing your short comings and not pissing all over other peoples toilets giving the rest of us guys a bad name, Your the man!

It's natural to want to go outside when you're inebriated... I often need to go as soon as I go outside not even drunk... it's just cuz in caveman times we didn't piss in our own caves where we slept.. we pissed outside. I have watched many a friend relieve themselves outside when drunk... oops.. is that saying too much?

Haha one of my friends pees outside on his deck whenever he's drunk because he claims his bathroom is too far away or something of the sort.
