your boyfriend doesnt understand how you and the kids have grown up together . and the wonderful job you have done in raising them by yourself . also the fact that you and the kids are all so close and have probably all seen stuff before many times if you know it or not. so at this point something this simple is surely no big deal at all in this family. so your ok its just the bf that over reacted to the situation.
