but you can overdose on heroin, i know a few people that have done that. but having lived in more than 20 towns, i have never met or heard of a single person that has overdosed on cannabis. my point was you cannot overdose on cannabis so therefore it must not be a drug. you cannot overdose on insense yet it can change your mood and make people feel at ease, which if you were to be litteral would classify insense as a drug. yet it is not classed as a drug.
