  • I would question to know that you are drinking enough water. Water is important to maintain hydration of your body. The way to estimate is to take your weight divided by 2 and that number is the amount of ounces of water that you should drink. So, if you weigh 100 lbs, you should be drinking 50 ounces of water.
    Check it out and be certain that you are getting enough hydration because eventually, if you are not, it will catch up with you.
