Is it normal that I only shower once every 2-3 days?

    Skipping one day once in a while if you're staying in the house is alright, but 3 days and even 2 days while not changing your clothes not normal. I'm sure you smell and others notice it. Maybe reconsider showering and changing clothes more often?
