Practicing good personal hygiene is important, however people do tend to shower too often as well. A daily shower is not necessarily the healthiest thing, but it does give relief to those around you. I'm not sure about the health benefits of a monthly shower, but I know it can be rough on the people around you. Since you seem to dislike showering, I'd suggest washing the sweaty areas of your skin (e.g. the armpits) regularly and showering every once in a while (more than once a month).
Is it normal that I only shower once a month?
