Is it normal that I only brush my teeth every week or so?

    Yep. I did that as a teenager - hardly EVER brushed my teeth. Then I went to the dentist, had twelve cavities, and had to come in to get them fixed three days in a row. Now I can't imagine having gross-mouth all day.
