Let me make some points. You are most comfortable at your house, apt, or wherever you live. You have everything you need right in front of you,
You are somewhat not normal. I understand not wanting to do something or go somewhere you are not comfortable with. I am like that too. I too like to stay ip in my apt a lot.. I do go out to see family, friends, to the gym, or to workout outdoors of the weather is nice. Of course I have to leave to,go,to,work. Some days I just do not feel like leaving and dealing with the world. Other days I do not care so much. However if I stay in my apt for 2 days in a row without going anywhere I feel a need to get out and go somewhere. It's also harder too because the more I never leave the harder it is to leave.
If I was in your situation I would definitely leave to. See my Dad. Basically I leave for important things, going to work, seeing and hanging g out with family and friends, and to workout at the gym or outside weather permitting.
Is it normal that i never want to leave my house?
