Mr. Right may be too shy to ask. Maybe he talks to you every day but is afraid that if he asks you out and you say no, he will lose you as a friend.
If you meet a guy you like, you may have to do two things... 1.) make it very clear you like him... 2.) make asking you out a non-threatening experience.
Now that I am middle-aged, I have learned that there were so many beautiful girls (inside and out) who were waiting for me to ask them out. I was either too shy or too afraid I would lose their friendship.
