I felt that way when I was in college and thought everyone else had their stuff together while I did not. Then a friend of mine suggested I see a counselor and I was diagnosed with depression. My whole mindset changed with medication, though I occasionally feel bad about my self I see other people more realistically.
Is it normal that I never feel like I'm good enough?
