I cook often, yes. Nothing fancy. I love fresh corn and green beans with chicken and a good crusty loaf of bread. I eat eggs and steak and mushrooms, peas, carrots, etc. I eat crappy snacks too, don't get me wrong. But recently I noticed I've even stopped the Thai & Chinese food take out I used to do. There seemed so many calories in it that it was junk food, too. If I eat Thai food I wanna just binge and eat it till I'm purple in the face. My weight and health stay stable as long as I stay totally clear of fast foods, restaurants, and heavily processed things. I'll eat half a donut once in a while just for the taste, but mire than that is just too much. Ever look at a Costco muffin? Omg! It could feed 2 people easy. I'm just so tired of the serving sizes sold to us by society. There's no "small" anymore, and there aren't too many "small" people either-

Things I find always taste better when you cook them yourself and they also make you feel better. Do you cook much?
