Is it normal that i miss my teen years this much?

I’m not saying that I peaked in high school, I’m actually really excited for my future. I’m in my mid 20s now but I made a lot of dumb mistakes as a teen like many teenagers do. I just can’t stop reminiscing and reflecting on everything I did wrong and just wishing I could go back and fix things and do more to set up my future. I was constantly living in the moment back then and I just never gave a shit about my future I always figured it would fall into place after college. Anyway, do you experience this? I just wish I could go back and not take my youth for granted.

I peaked in my early 50s. I had terrible parents which got me off to a very late start. But, I realized two things:
    1) working smart creates opportunities,
    2) you don't get smarter unless you work harder than everyone else.

There is still time for you to do what I did. Get MOVING. In the end, it's the journey you will remember, not the destination.

You can't go backwards, only forwards. There's no fixing mistakes, only learning not to make the same ones again. Obsessing about unwinding the past is just useless.

Besides, look how bad time traveling worked out for Ashton Kutcher in butterfly effect. He punked himself. If you time machined, you could fuck shit up worse on the second go.

My later teen years were great. Highschool sucked.

If I could retain the knowledge I have, I'd go all the way back to day one if I could.
