  • OCD? don't worry about thinking bad thoughts... when you really confront them you see them for the lies they are. it's like if they're always in the darkness they seem to have power over you. but when you air them out, you air out the error so to speak... and see they were bullshit. light gets shone on them. and you realize there was never really anything to worry about. just FULLY confront those thoughts and their power will be relinquished
