LOL I have done this. It's only abnormal if you're like addicted to making yourself sneeze. I used to do it just because I thought it was cool that I could, and didn't know before that that was actually possible. Sneezing is a strange feeling you only get for a split second when it actually happens. It's normal to want to experience that a little more to have a better understanding/experience of the sensation you aren't used to.
