I would say yes it is normal. Now I am a black girl however I would say to go where your heart wants to. It does however make me question my looks and wardrobe. Granted I am happily engaged and he loves me for who I am but your statement of “They care more about their appearance struck a nerve with me. I’ve seen some really raggedy white girls but maybe the vast majority does look good. I am of African decent soooo I will take your opinion into consideration in reguards to pleasing my man visually.
