    But these sites are based on a static scale. The actual IQ scale is dynamic, 100 is always the average score.
    Assuming the average IQ would suddenly rise by 20 points, then this new value would be defined as '100'.

      This...is exactly right. I'm a little floored by how many responses here are so absolutely off.

      I thought it was common knowledge that 100 is average, and constantly maintained at a median score of 100.
