I'm pretty sure 99/100 people would feel ugly and bad about themselves if someone they really cared about called them ugly. Totally normal, but not a good feeling. Go after whatever makes you happy. Many people find that they enjoy life by living the single life of hanging out with friends, doing whatever they want whenever, and all the other endless possibilities that there is with being single. Some people eventually really really feel like they need somebody and if that becomes the case, you can find a girl out there who is perfect and will always love you... if you look around hard enough and not give up. Some people (mostly younger persons) have very narrow ideas about what is attractive, and they can be cruel in expressing it. An example: I found that, since I committed myself to identifying beauty in people of other racial/cultural/etc. groups, I find a lot more people attractive than I used to.

If you don't think you're ugly, you're not. Girls like guys who are confident and comfortable in their own skin. Just ignore the critics and don't let them bring you down. Most probably, they feel threatened by you.

That being said, don't bombard women, play it cool and make sure they see you around. Always be friendly, warm and kind and you will catch their attention. Anyone, who would be so rude isn't who you want to be with anyway. And quit trying to pick up chicks because you want to get laid. It's a stupid mindset to get into. I hate to sound like a prude but did you try hygiene? I have known a few men who were cute and sweet but dressed sloppy, always had dirty/smelly cloth and BO like no tommorow and did not brush or comb there hiar or teeth hardly ever. Don't worry, it's not the end of the world. A kind attitude will appeal more to a girl. Looks won't last forever. As a girl, I get attracted to funny + nice guys more than "hot" guys. Ugly is a state of mind. You need to fake it 'til you make it, i.e. tell yourself you're a stud everyday. Do things that make you feel confident. Don't dwell on the details of your face etc. when you look in the mirror, because anyone can find flaws doing that. It's really annoying to get stuck in that habit. In fact, you should limit mirror time for shaving and making sure your clothes match. Nothing else!

I was always the one to get rejected, hehe. I have gotten to the point where I don't care anymore. And, to be honest, all those who call you ugly are ugly themselves (even if they are beautiful, that does not mean that they aren't ugly inside).

Trust me, there is always someone who will love you the way that you are. All of us find some people attractive. What I find attractive, others may say that it isn't.

My advice is to stop feeling that way, compliment yourself and boost your confidence. All those who stand in your way can stuff it.

No matter who you are, someone will think you're ugly while someone else will think you are gorgeous. Your job is to seek out the ones you make drool.

Rejection happens my frend. It happened to me but don't get scared that you might never even be on a relationship. Be yourself you are NOT ugly. And life isn't exactly about having sex all the time.
