You're going to have to deal with it. Having lesbians hit on you is expected when you cross dress. There's also a stereotypical belief that people who wear the opposite gender's clothing are gay. Many people believe this still. If they hit on you, politely turn them down. Tell them that you're straight if need be.
I personally wear men's clothing (I don't identify as being female and I am not straight). I probably got flirted with by women more when I was a kid when my style wasn't as androgynous/masculine as it is now.
I would take it as a compliment and move on with a polite rejection.
