The amount of sleep needed by most teens is 9.5 to 10.5hrs unlike older ppl who only need about 8. Also I'm 19 and the same way but I very seldom get the amount of sleep needed usually 4-6hrs is wat I get.
Is it normal that I'm tired all the time?
