  • How much sleep are you getting? The average amount a person needs is 8 hours a night, but that isn't true for everyone. I need 9 or 10. What you should do is go to bed at your regular time ( on a weekend so you don't have to get up early ) then see how long you sleep. That will be the amount of sleep your body naaturally wants.
