I would say try to distance yourself from him, and confront him if you can. Like maybe call him out on a lie sometime or just be like "you always twist and exaggerate stories, calm down". idk he seems like a bitch.
Ya I have called him out on it, and it's commonly accepted that he twists the truth too much. But when people only hear his side of the story then they believe what they hear, which is a problem until someone else can point out the truth.
Hard to get some distance from him since he's so ingrained into my group of friends
