Anorexia nervosa may be the cause.
Anorexia Nervosa is where they think that they are fat, even when they are not, and starve themselves. OP knows that she's thin and is trying to gain weight. It actually could be something wrong with her digestive system.
But I thought anorexics didn't want to eat.
Is it normal that i'm so thin and i wanna eat but i can't?
