Yes it is normal to be scared of this guy. He sounds like a rapist and a potential big time abuser in making. Be very wary of this guy and consider there might be a possibility in future when he'd actually try to molest you.
You should tell about this guy to your sister or some other family member so they would know the main suspicion in case one evening you don't arrive home. Not trying to scare you but normal people don't do such things.

And better report him just to authorities. Each year many people go missing, better to have one person that despises you then being dead in a forest.
