Well if he is gay he might not see an issue with acting friendly with another dude. It might not be that he is attracted to you but he is being your friend. However if you are bothered by such actions I think you should talk to him about it. Understand if he just acts that way or if he is trying to hit on you. If you are not comfortable with this behaviour explain this to him.
