My sister uses exercise to eat even more than usual.
Cut the calories - simple! If female - down to 1100 cals/day.
I saw the most amazing programme the other day about sending enzymes into the blood to break down fat. If you hate exercising at the gym - just get on an exercise bike and 'kill' yourself on it for 20 seconds, recover, then repeat, recover, then repeat. One minute of mental exercise every other day will help you to break down fat.
Took them £5million to discover this :o) for the lazy obese.
