I'm feelin ya, this has happened to me before; I ate somewhat healthy and I excercised...a lot (I play college sports) but still had very little muscle tone and extra fat. The problem was, I THOUGHT I was eating healthy but I wasn't really; then I started counted calories, carbs, fats and proteins with an iPhone app (calorie counter) and found that I still had way too many fats especially and then I started to limit my calories to 2000, with less fats and then I got amazing results.
