Nope. Never had a scare. I've been on the shot for about 2 years, and I took a test when I started producing, and that came back negative. But aside from that there was no worry about being pregnant.
Get your horomone levels checked. I doubt it'll harm you, but its probably an indication of some horomone imbalance.
Your doctor can do a blood test, or send you to the clinic whose lab they use. Before you go, try and write down anything like diet changes, your menstrual schedule, medications or vitamins (whether you think it matters or not... Doctors need all the info!), any other changes you noticed (period is lighter, darker facial hair, weight gain...), etc.
