There is a difference between bi-sexual and bi-relationship. All of the bi-sexual girls I know (including my girlfriends) are bi-sexual, but not bi-relationship.
They enjoy having sex with other women, with or without a man with them, but they do not want a personal relationship with one. That is one reason why lesbians tend to not like bi-sexual women, because the lesbians want that relationship.
The ideal situation for my girlfriend is what we have, where I picked up another bi-sexual girlfriend and we all get together. Her relationship is with me, but the sex is with me and the other girl; it is really great.
My suggestion is to find a boyfriend who is not possessive (maybe someone mature), then invite another girl. You can have the best of all worlds.
