I'd just like to give a tip here, sincr you mention your tummy alot. Women have a natural build up of fat around the tummy area for bearing children and what not, so if your doing crunchies/situps, or other workouts to slim your belly, it actually only makes it look bigger! I have this same problem. If you work out your belly to much you build up muscle under the fat and it looks bigger than before you started working out! So maybe cut back on your belly exercises and see how that works out for you?
