        You Turn On The TV And See All These Girls With Toned Body's, Perfect Hair/ Nails/ Makeup Done Eyebrows , Ect And After A While Whether We Realize It Or Not We Start To Want These Things! It's Not Just Body Image Either! It's The Same With Clothes , Shoes , Electronics , Foods And Drinks, Etc. Advertisers Use "Sex" (Cleavage ,Lips,Tongues Legs ) Etc. To Sell Products, And Our Brains Are Trained To Want These Things Not Saying Dont Continue To Workout And Eat Healthy, But Try To Live Yourself For Who YOU Are And Be True To Yourself!
