Is it normal that i'm not exactly proud of my 8 stone weightloss?

I lost 8 stones in weight a while ago and never been that pleased about it! Because my body went a bit saggy after the weightloss and it made me as miserable as I was when I was really fat. I feel I can't win with my body. All I want is a nice body like every other woman and I feel that I will never find love because of it! I'm pretty and young but not got a hot body. is it normal to worry myself into the ground about this?

  • It will go away the more exercise you do. Every person that loses weight goes through that. As for the love part, that's a really bad thing to think. I'm sure you'll find someone who will love you for who you are.

  • Just go down to the beach and find some more stones to replace the ones you lost. Not that difficult.

  • It's normal to feel that way, but don't worry about it! I lost about 50 Lbs in fat in high school and if you give it some time, your skin will naturally tighten after the weight loss and will lose the saggy look. It will happen, I guarantee it.

  • If I lost 8 stone I'd have negative mass

  • It's normal, but you shouldn't worry about it. Everything tends to work out in the end.

  • You need to strengthen the muscles, like sit-ups, leg stretches to make the skin more tensile and snap back into shape. Weights will also help.
