Is it normal that I'm losing faith in humanity?

  • It's not often that I see people like this, although something similar happened to me when I was in London for some reason. I came across some very rude people there, and they just couldn't seem to care less about anyone else. I don't like to generalise, and I'm sure it's a just a few mean people there, but it was just weird to me. I really dislike impolite people. It doesn't make me lose my faith in humanity, although I guess it is a bit disheartening. I don't expect people to be perfectly polite all the time, but people who are generally considerate are great.

Losing your faith in humanity seems like a strong reaction, though. Chin up, OP, there are plenty of lovely people out there.:)

    • Brother, there is nothing unusual about your experience of London. People there have fallen into this 'I'm the most important thing on earth' mentality, which is peculiar because when Londoners are spoken to in isolation they tend to speak like normal people who care, but once they lock the door and leave for work it's fuck or be fucked I'm afraid.Don't loose faith, just remember that when people get home they tend to be just like you..a normal caring human being. We do exist, have faith.(but not in god)
