Guys love persistence, its shows how much you care. Introduce yourself to people as his girlfriend, and make sure you randomly show up at his house ingratiating yourself to his family.
Completely normal to park at the curb outside of his house all night long with a pair of binoculars, dont be discouraged when the cops show up either. Prove your devotion by causing a major scene and getting pepper sprayed.
