If you were truly happy with your boyfriend, you wouldn't have fallen for this other guy. So you may want to re-consider your relationship. With that said, I wouldn't advise diving into a relationship with the older guy just yet. From my experience, being in an age gap relationship is nice at first, but eventually we couldn't relate to each other because he was already set in his ways and ready to settle down, while I was still learning who I was as a person and in no way ready to marry.
